Owens Corning duration shingles (limited lifetime warranty)
Owens Corning architectural shingles on the roofs, in colors picked off real samples held against your own brick or siding. Owens Corning warrants the shingle materials under their Limited Lifetime terms for as long as the original owner owns the home. That is the manufacturer's warranty on the shingles, not ours on the labor.
Xactimate estimating
Insurance scopes priced in the same software the carriers use, so the line items arrive in the format an adjuster reads.

How the work actually runs
The inspection comes before the sales pitch
Nothing gets quoted until the roof has been walked and photographed.
You look at your own slopes: the chalk circles around hail bruising, the tabs that have lost their seal along the rake, the granule wash sitting in the gutter line, the flashing at the chimney that somebody caulked instead of rebuilt. Then you decide.
Plenty of inspections end with nothing to sell
One homeowner had been told by other roofers that their ten-year-old roof needed replacing. Our inspection found no damage yet, we told them so, and that review is on our Google profile today.
Scope in writing, then the install date
When a roof does need replacing, the scope goes in writing first: shingle color, line items, install date. Insurance work is priced in Xactimate so the numbers arrive in the format the adjuster already reads. Permits are pulled as part of the job, Howard County and its neighbors require them, and we schedule the county inspection.

A full replacement also carries 100 feet of gutter with gutter guard and downspouts. Gutters are not sold on their own, they arrive with the roof on the same job.
