Gutter work is not a standalone service here. It arrives bundled: a full roof replacement includes 100 feet of gutter with gutter guard and downspouts, written into the scope so it is not a conversation later.

Everything Starts on the Roof
Nothing gets quoted from a kitchen table. Lassana Diakite is a HAAG certified inspector, so the walk is done the way a claim requires: every slope photographed, hail strikes chalked, granule loss and lifted tabs recorded where they are rather than described in general terms.
You see those photos. If the shingles have years left, that is the finding, and there is nothing to sign.
Scope in Writing Before Anything Is Ordered
Retail jobs get a firm number and a firm install date. Insurance jobs get priced in Xactimate, which is what the carriers use, so the line items are already in the format an adjuster reads.
Permits get pulled as part of the job. Howard County and most of the towns around it require one on a roof replacement, and the county inspection is scheduled around, not skipped.

Install Day Is Short by Design
Most residential replacements come off, get decked and go back on inside a single day, which keeps the house from sitting open under a tarp overnight. The old roof goes to bare wood, failed sheathing is shown to you and replaced, ice and water barrier runs the eaves and valleys, then underlayment, Owens Corning architectural shingles, flashing and ridge vent. Before the truck leaves, magnets go over the lawn and the driveway.
What We Do Not Do
Patch-and-hope repairs are not on this list, and neither is standalone gutter or downspout work. The trade is replacement and restoration: a system that is finished gets replaced, and storm damage gets documented and restored. Emergency tarping is the one exception, because a roof that is open right now needs covering tonight, ahead of any scope conversation.

Which service should I start with?

Yes, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it. If the roof is fine, we say so and leave.

Do you do commercial work?
